Jesse started with the firm in 2004 and specializes in all forms of residential valuation, including single and multi-family (up to 4 units) plus non-income producing agricultural / acreage valuations.

Jesse received the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation in 2011 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He has also been a member of the B.C. Real Estate Institute since 2015. Jesse is a lifelong resident of Chilliwack that graduated from Chilliwack Senior Secondary in 2001.

Eugene began his career in real estate appraisal in 2006 in the Okanagan, three years later earning his AACI through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Eugene has over 10 years of experience as a commercial appraiser completing a wide range of commercial, industrial and multi-family valuations both in the Lower Mainland and throughout BC.

In April 2011 he earned the Real Estate Institute of Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation and is experienced in depreciation reports for Strata Corporations. Eugene also holds a Masters in Business Administration and an Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree.

Sarah earned her AACI (Commercial) designation, through the Appraisal Institute of Canada, in the fall of 2018. Sarah joined our firm in Spring 2014, with her expertise in both Commercial and Residential valuations. Sarah was born & raised in Hope, and graduated from Hope Secondary School in 2004. She completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2008.

Sumeet joined our firm in Spring 2015 after becoming a Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is working towards gaining his CRA (Residential) designation. Sumeet was born & raised in Abbotsford, and graduated from W.J. Mouat Secondary School in 2007. He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2011.

Braiden joined our firm in Summer of 2021 after becoming a Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is working towards gaining his CRA (Residential) designation. Braiden was born & raised in Chilliwack, and graduated from Chilliwack Senior Secondary in 2010. 

Also in 2015, Braiden completed his education and became a Certified Journeyman Electrician from the University of the Fraser Valley.

Jason joined our firm in the spring of 2022, and is working towards gaining his CRA designation.

Jason has been a Candidate Apprasier within the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2014.

Teresa has been an important part of the business for over 30 years. She is a very dedicated professional in her field, managing the front office operations for the firm. Teresa has comprehensive knowledge in all areas of Real Estate Appraisal.

Lisa joined our firm in October 2015. She has over 12 years of experience with appraisal practices and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of our business.
